Work hard, play harder! Inspired by the modern “office” and our families love of games and friendly (most of the time) competition, we are pleased to present:
The Village Boardroom.
A multi-purpose room inspired to provoke thinking, encourage teamwork, and inspire collaborations during the workday becomes a room of competitive and easy entertaining or gathering space in the early mornings, evenings and weekends. Grounded and surrounded in history that celebrates timeless and multi-generational fun while outfitted with modern amenities and access to some of the best provisions and thinking fuel around.

Exclusive Professional Co-Op Workspace (Monday-Fridays 9am-3pm)
During weekday business hours, the boardroom is available exclusively for members as a professional co-op workspace. The space will provide a professional area for members to work in comfort and style. **Limited to 25 board memberships. For Boardroom Member benefits see below.
Monday-Thursday Early Morning, Afternoon & Late Night Private Event Rentals
Exclusive use of the space for your event or meeting with booking opportunities from early morning (6:30am-8:30am) afternoon (3:30-5:30pm) or evening (6:00-9:00pm). Guests can choose either a rental fee of $75 per 2 hour period OR enjoy complimentary private use with a $100 food and drink minimum for a 2 hour event.
Friday-Sunday Private event rentals
Exclusive use of the space for your event or meeting with booking opportunities available: 3:30-10pm Friday, 6:30am-10pm Saturday & 7am-7pm Sundays. $75 per hour, 2 hour minimum OR enjoy complimentary private use with a $100 per hour food and beverage minimum order.
GAME On.
When not reserved for private events, weekday afternoons (3-6pm)and weekend hours, our space transitions into a beautiful game room.
*ONLY PERSONAL GAMES ARE PERMITTED CURRENTLY DUE TO COVID, for public safety we welcome you to bring your favorite game(s) along with you to the board room.
Co-op boardroom members will have unlimited access to the game space while other guests can access the game play space with a $5 entry for unlimited play.
*Game play hours may be subject to closure for special events and private bookings (refer to onsite calendar).
*Please note minimum age requirement of 12 and over required due to historic nature/safety of the upper level.
Founding Board membership
Only 25 memberships available.
Benefits include unlimited access during boardroom hours & guest privileges (1 complimentary guest passes daily-up to 2 additional passes can be purchased per day), 10% off all purchases including catering, merchandise and private events, 50% off any private meeting/event space rentals (member must be present). Complimentary access to The Boardroom during public access game hours.

Exclusive access to ‘the study’ including all pen to paper essentials, scanning, copy services and more.
Private washroom including shower facility.
$500 annually *introductory rate
MOnthly Board Membership
10 available per month, can be reserved up to one year in advance.
Guest privileges at a rate of $10 per guest, per day. Maximum of 2 guests daily.
Exclusive access to ‘the study’ including all pen to paper essentials, scanning, copy services and more.
Private washroom including shower facility.
